I had a bad case of Covid19 starting December 20th, but I was able to be at home. My doctor came twice. I was lucky to have my daughter and friend take care of me. I have put my name in to get the shots, but have to wait a few more weeks.

WHEN I AM WITH TASHA AND SEE THE FUN SHE IS HAVING, I TOO LAUGH, GO BACK IN TIME AND REMEMBER WHEN.
This is our dog Tasha. She is our Samoyed who is one year and three months old (In dog years, this would equate to being approximately ten years old). When we were that age, give or take a few years, we used to love to hear that school was closed so that we could make a snowman, throw snow balls, go sledding and ice scatting. We even liked to shovel snow for our neighbors sidewalks and get paid up to a whole $1.00 and possibly a little more (on a good day). Those were the days when the movies cost a whole 25 cents for a double feature with ten cartoons followed by a nickel ice cream cone at BONDS. We wore galoshes with the metal tabs. The guys didn’t want to wear hats or mittens, regardless of how cold it was, for fear of being called a cissy. We loved to roll in the snow; fall off our sleds or toboggans( our hands and faces would be cold and red, but we didn’t care ). We were HAVING THE TIME OF OUR LIVES !!!!
YES, we are getting older, but lest we ever forget “THE CHILD WITHIN US”, we need to exercise and walk and catch the snow flakes on our eyelashes and think about those years gone by. AND WHEN WE DO- you’ll feel younger and better, especially as you continue to remember the YEARS OF OUR YOUTH: “ STAY YOUNG MY FELLOW CLASSMATES AND FRIENDS”

What a wonderful looking family you have. At times I feel very far away from where I grew up. Glad you get to see your friends. Luckily I have four children and families i visit often.
