Suzanne was the twin sister of the first love of my life, her sister Dianne. Both beautiful souls.

Suzanne was every bit as great a lady as her twin sister, Dianne.  I could easily tell them apart when they were together or even apart, but I never was sure who answered the phone when I called.  Maybe I was just mesemerized by the genteel, southern drawl, because I have a fairly good musical ear.  I always liked to watch orchestra practice and see Dianne playing violin and Suzanne playing cello, both with equal intensity.

Two truly marvelous souls and both gone much too soon.  I lost my younger sister, also too soon and I wrote to Dianne when I found out why she was unable to attend an MHS '60 reunion.  (See In Memory, Dianne Capehart (Anderson) MHS '60)

The Capehart family was the best family I ever met in Montclair. Dianne and I went out for 2 or 3 years and she, and her sister, were always a class act and a wonderful family. Bless them all and for the way they treated me. None finer!

As nice and good as her sister, the love of my life, Dianne.
